What countries do you provide shipping services from?

We provide shipping services from the USA and directly from China.

What is the time limit for picking up my packages?

All packages should be collected within 5 days once in Jamaica. A $150 JMD daily storage fee will be applied to any package left for more than 5 days; packages that are left for more than 30 days are automatically put up for auction by SJP Shipping Logistics to recover freight and clearance fees

Am I eligible for a refund if my package was stolen while in SJP Shipping Logistics possession?

If a package goes missing or is stolen while under our care before storage fees are charged, a refund will be processed using the payment method provided at checkout or via your bank statement. If the item was purchased at a discounted rate, the refund amount will match the price paid rather than the original retail value.

What is the estimated delivery time for my package to reach Jamaica?

Once your package reaches our warehouse in Florida and is entered into our system, it normally takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive in Jamaica and pass through customs. Regarding our shipping schedule, we send out air shipments two to three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and we have sea shipments once a week. Kindly note that these days may vary. Should delays occur, we will inform our customers immediately.

Is there a way to exempt my packages from customs duty?

Customs duties are determined by government regulations and apply to certain imported goods. To avoid these costs, ensure that your package cost remains under $100 USD.

What happens if I ship to a wrong address?

Packages without a courier code in the address are considered "unknown shipments." To prevent this issue, it is essential to include all necessary address details, such as the courier code (e.g., SJP) and the unique number assigned by the company. Shipments missing this information will be marked as "Wrong Address." Please be aware that we will not be held responsible for misplaced or lost packages. Packages that are improperly labeled may not be accepted, and the warehouse reserves the right to reject or dispose of shipments with inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect address details. An investigation will be required to locate it. To proceed, we will need the following information: recipients name on the package, the date it was reportedly delivered, proof of delivery and the tracking number and you will incur a handling fee of $500JMD.

Why isn't my delivered package showing up in my SJP Shipping Logistics account?

To ensure efficient processing all packages are updated in batches. After a package arrives at the warehouse, it typically takes up to 24 hours or by the end of the next day to reflect in the system. If you haven't received an update within two to three days there may be a processing delay. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

How is the shipping rate determined if my package's weight falls between categories?

If your package's weight does not fit exactly within a defined category, the rate is typically adjusted based on the next applicable weight bracket. E.g., If the package weighs 3.46lbs you will be charged for the next weight which is 4lbs.

What steps should I take to arrange a delivery?

To ensure same-day delivery, requests must be confirmed no later than 12:00 PM. Any submissions received beyond this cutoff will be scheduled for the next business day. To get help with delivery sooner, contact us on WhatsApp at 1(876) 229-6136.

Is an invoice required for every order with SJP Shipping Logistics?

Yes, providing an invoice for each shipment is necessary to ensure accurate processing and compliance with customs regulations. This helps verify the package's contents and facilitates a smooth delivery process. The invoice should include the payment details and description of the item. The break down and overall cost of the items, the tracking number and the order number. Failure to provide invoice on time may result in additional fees.

Why does my package look like it was opened when I received it?

Every package processed through Jamaica Customs undergoes an inspection by a customs officer to ensure the invoice accurately reflects its contents. After the verification, the package is securely resealed before continuing its journey.
